Digital Products & Services

Under certain conditions, we will issue refunds for digital products or services within 15 days of the original purchase of the product or service.
We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues with our products before requesting a refund. Note that to qualify for a refund, your product or service must be deemed to be majorly defective. The status of the product or service will be assessed by Vij'n Interactive and actions will be taken accordingly to either fix the defects or issue a refund if this is deemed necessary
